When you call 07367 634032, we hear the details you give on the call: your name if you give it, the place where the car is, what has happened to the car or the key, and the make and model. When you send a WhatsApp message, we see the message and the number it came from.
We do not ask for bank details, passwords, or any detail that is not needed to arrange the job. If you send a photo of a key or a document by WhatsApp, that photo is used only to check the key or the document, and nothing else.
How We Use Your Details
The details you give are used only to arrange the job. That means finding the car, giving a quote before work starts, checking proof of ownership, and doing the work at the car. We do not use your details to send marketing messages, and we do not pass them to advertisers.
